Her last Dinked edition was such a glowing success that we had to invite the alt-pop musician, silver screen star, and Lewes F.C. Women’s team model back for another round!
Eleven years in the making, Cailín is a love letter to her Irish heritage and the strong Irish women that have come before her. It marries protest songs with a joyful celebration of trad music, exploring themes of Anglo-Irish colonialism,
inequality, religion, family and internalised shame and forgiveness.
Elegantly drawing on the rich texture of Irish folklore and mythology, Nash has crafted a raucous album combining raw Irish folk sounds with punk energy, hip hop production and her own unique knack for a killer hook.
