Also out this week:
Four Tet has created a dazzling wash of psychedelic sound formed from glassy keys, haunting ambience, and the sort of bustling beats that simultaneously melt your feet whilst setting your synapses all a-quiver. Snarled of voice, drum, and guitar, the duo known as JOHN captured their raucous, rampaging musical machine in full-bodied flow in the glorious setting of a legendary London cinema (*Signed photos available*). White Denim have mixed in a little southern charm, a little soulful swing, and a sizable glug of earworm melodies to form their cunningly titled 12th outing (*Signed Resident-Exclusive-Design Risographs available*). Master pianist and composer, Nils Frahm, performed wonders on his own works at a Parisian show, and the subsequent recording captures his tinkled ivories ascending into heavenly states as they weave into more electronic and exploratory bents. Elsewhere, Taylor Swift has doubled the scale of 'The Tortured Poets Department', & the newest recruits are sounding superb within their luxurious, limited edition trappings!
